Chalon, an extinct arguably distinct Northern Costanoan language, is missing from E16/E17/E18/E19/E20/E21/E22/E23/E24/E25/E26/E27 ( R. F. Heizer 1952 [1888] , Shaul, David L. 2012 , Golla, Victor 2011 , Horatio Hale 1846 , R. F. Heizer 1952 [1878] ).
