Mutsun and Rumsen are joined in a Southern Ohlone [css] language in E16/E17/E18/E19/E20/E21/E22/E23/E24/E25/E26/E27/E28. The two are arguably distinct languages as they share only 61% of basic vocabulary and were sociopolitically separate ( Catherine A. Callaghan 1991: 233 , Golla, Victor 2011: 165-166 , Catherine A.
