The southern Arawakan Guana (Brazil) [gqn] is listed in E16/E17/E18/E19/E20/E21/E22/E23/E24/E25/E26/E27 as a separate language. But the examination by Orphão de Carvalho, Fernando 2016 shows that it can be subsumed as Tereno [ter] on purely linguistic grounds. See also: Terena-Kinikinao-Chane [ter].
