Hruso-Aka [hru] is clearly not a Miji dialect as held by Shafer, Robert 1947 . The shared lexicon is attributable to loans, and of what remains, there are insufficient Tibeto-Burman parallels for a Tibeto-Burman affiliation Padun, Mahendra 1971 , Roger Blench and Mark Post 2011 Gregory D. S. Anderson and Ganesh Murmu and K. David Harrison 2013 , Gregory D. S. Anderson 2014 .

Comment:
Hruso (4278-hru) = Threatened (20 percent certain, based on the evidence available) (Steady shift away from Hruso, especially among youth educated outside the area.)
