Sarli [sdf] is listed in E16/E17/E18/E19/E20/E21/E22/E23/E24/E25/E26/E27/E28 as a language separate from Gurani [hac], Bajelani [bjm] and Shabaki [sdb]. According to Joyce Blau 1989: 336 , Sarli (an exonym) refers to the speakers on the Great Zab, which are listed as Bajelani and Shabaki speaking in the careful mapping by ( Geoffrey Haig 2018: 267 , 295-298) suggesting that these locations speak varieties similar enough (if not the same) to count as either Bajelani or Shabaki.
