Kamba [xba] is listed in E16/E17/E18 as an extinct unclassified language of Mato Grosso do Sul in Brazil with the remark that it ``May have been Tupí''. In fact, the Kamba identify as Chiquitano [cax] and the language is attested and is clearly Chiquitano [cax] ( Paula, Ruth Wallace de Garcia 1979 ). See also: Chiquitano [cax].
