Drugchu Tibetan (spoken mainly in a part of Drugchu County of Gansu province of China) is emphatically not intelligible to other Tibetic languages in the vicinity such as Choni [cda] or Baima [bqh] (let alone Amdo and Khams varieties) according to Nicolas Tournadre and Hiroyuki Suzuki 2023: 501 , 505 and Suzuki, Hiroyuki 2015: 232 .
