The now extinct Nubian language of Jebel Haraza in Sudan is missing ( Newbold, D. 1924 , Bell, Herman 1975 ). It is not known exactly when the last fluent speaker died, but in the 1970s there were only rememberers ( Mohamed, Hamad Suliman 1974 ).
